HOW OUR NEW ORLEANS TEAM
TACKLED SUPER BOWL CROWDS

Jina Garza, our Senior Regional Manager in New Orleans explains to Xclusive Insights how the Super Bowl brought massive crowds to New Orleans—and our New Orleans team prepared to meet the increased demand for hospitality staffing!

X.I.: What was the biggest challenge your team faced during the Super Bowl rush, and how did you overcome it?

Transportation was by far our biggest challenge. Parking was nearly impossible to find, and even when it was available, costs were extremely high. Additionally, local transportation services were overwhelmed, making it difficult for our employees to arrive at their worksites on time. Thankfully, our clients understood the situation and were flexible, allowing team members to arrive as soon as they could rather than strictly adhering to their scheduled shifts. Open communication with our managers and clients was crucial in navigating this issue effectively.

X.I: Can you share a standout moment or success story from the Super Bowl weekend that highlights the strength of your team?

There were so many incredible moments, but what stood out the most was how our leadership team—Damaris Guevara, Noe Ramirez, Ermes Rivas, and Indira Rivas—remained completely focused on the needs of our clients and team members. They continuously monitored situations in real-time, made last-minute decisions when needed, and ensured our employees had the support they required. Their leadership was truly inspiring and made a significant impact throughout the weekend.

X.I.: Was there a moment during the weekend where you really felt like your team embodied our core values of People First, Service Obsessed, Chasing Excellence, Accountability, or Integrity?

One situation that stands out was the concern our team showed for the safety of our employees. Communication remained constant until every single team member had made it home safely. One particularly concerning case involved Dayana Palma from the Ritz, who left the hotel at 7 PM but didn’t get home until 1 AM due to the transportation shortage. Her phone battery died, and for a while, there was no contact with her. She had to walk several blocks just to find a ride. Our local leaders remained in contact and didn’t rest until they knew she was safe. That kind of care and accountability truly reflects who we are as a company.

SALES GROWTH MEETINGS
IN DENVER HQ THIS WEEK

Our inaugural Sales Kickoff Meeting Series will be held in person at our Westminster, Colorado Headquarters! This event will bring all of our Sales Directors and Business Development Managers together in-person, as we launch new training tools designed to better align our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams for future success. The Q1 and Q2 strategy (themed "Elevate. Engage. Sell") will be an exciting new era for the company. Led by CCO Karla Dougherty, this meeting will also introduce the new Janitorial and Outsourcing team structure, outlining how Audra Stockman and Gisela Gomez, will divide and conquer in the janitorial space. This is an exciting step forward in optimizing our sales strategy and ensuring cross-team collaboration.

You can now nominate them for a Special Service Recognition Bonus and have their hard work celebrated across the company!

While we always encourage and celebrate customer praise, we want to clarify our bonus policy to ensure fairness and transparency. Each team member is eligible for one $100 customer recognition bonus per year, as outlined in our annual budget.
