Title Changes and Empowerment at the Local Level

Xclusive Services, is proud to unveil its expanded leadership team and an ambitious growth plan for 2025, aimed at driving innovation, expanding market reach, and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Nicole Beall was appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2024 and brings a proven track record of scaling operations, enhancing service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence. She is particularly known for her leadership in hospitality operations.

Strategic Leadership Appointments

  • Jason Nutile, Director of Marketing: Bringing expertise from FOX Broadcasting and SLING TV, Jason is driving hyper-localized marketing strategies and exploring opportunities beyond hospitality.

  • Matt Tillson, Senior Vice President of Sales: A seasoned leader with $120M+ in annual growth at ABM, as well as his success at Sedexo and Compass Group, Matt is focused on optimizing customer relationships and driving strategic initiatives.

  • Jim White, Senior Vice President of Service: With his extensive experience in hospitality operations, Jim is enhancing our service commitments and expanding Xclusive’s presence in existing accounts.

Local Leadership Changes:

Xclusive is realigning its Sales and Service teams to empower regional leaders with decision-making authority for faster, localized responses to customer needs. Newly appointed regional directors include:

  • Yuritza Malloch, East Service Director

  • Ronnie Montoya, East Sales Director

  • Jessica Espinoza, Southern Service Director

  • Jose Saldana, Southern Sales Director

I hope you all had a joyful and relaxing holiday season. As we kick off a new year together, I want to express my gratitude for your continued hard work, dedication, and participation in our employee engagement initiatives. Your feedback and involvement in these activities have been invaluable as we work to make Xclusive a company where everyone feels supported and valued.

One area of feedback we heard loud and clear was around paid holidays. I’m excited to announce that, starting in 2025, we will be offering paid holidays to ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy time with friends and loved ones. This decision reflects how much we value you and appreciate the incredible work you do every day.

We also heard your request for clear communication.  To address this, we are launching a monthly company-wide newsletter. This newsletter will highlight exciting projects, celebrate employee milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries, and share important updates. We’re confident this will help everyone stay informed and connected.

Another topic we’re actively working on is improving our benefits. Your health, safety, and well-being are our top priorities, and we are committed to making meaningful progress in this area. While there’s more work to be done, please know that we are listening and taking steps to ensure our benefits meet your needs.

Leadership Responds to 2024 Feedback with Enhanced Benefits for 2025

After listening to feedback from our team in 2024, we’ve worked to deliver a better benefits package in 2025. Here's what’s new:

  • Expanded Offerings: Added benefits include Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness coverage, and Health Savings Accounts.

  • Better Pricing: We’ve reduced costs for our existing benefits.

  • Employer Contributions: All team members now receive $50,000 employer-sponsored life insurance and company contributions to Health Savings Accounts for those enrolled in the High Deductible Medical Plan.

  • Enhanced Support: Professional benefit counselors are now available for one-on-one meetings to ensure team members fully understand their options.

Q4 Included Xclusive Services Going Viral Across the Country

The final quarter of 2024 marked a transformative moment for Xclusive Services, as marketing and communications took a bold step forward under the leadership of Jason Nutile, our first-ever Marketing Department role. Jason spearheaded impactful initiatives across branding, communications, and marketing.

We introduced a comprehensive guide defining colors, fonts, photo and graphic styles, and messaging tone. This essential tool ensures consistent messaging across all platforms—from local social media to branch windows, the corporate office, and sales decks. Download it here!

The redesign includes a hyper-localized strategy for digital and social marketing, including market-personalized landing pages highlighting local teams and wins. Regional Managers and their teams will manage local Facebook and Instagram pages, fostering community engagement in conjunction with WhatsApp and other platforms. Social Guidelines and Co-Management of platforms will be communicated in coming weeks. As well as the launch of the new online Marketing Department Portal, that will allow all team members to access marketing materials and customizable sales documents and that can be edited and downloaded, with brand standards, for regional use or customized needs. More on that soon!

Our press release announcing our new leadership and ambitious 2025 growth plan went viral the last week of December, 2024, including being featured on over 510 news sites and attracting over 2800 views. The announcement resonated nationally, appearing on prestigious outlets like AP and Yahoo! Finance, while also capturing attention locally in key markets such as DallasSan AntonioTampaDenverNashvilleSt. Louis, Austin, Charlotte, Cleveland, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Albuquerque, Des Moines, New Orleans, and hundreds more.

New Payroll Management Has a Menu You Might Miss

Chris Atkins would like everyone in the company to be aware of a slight menu change in the payroll portal. As most know, everyone has been moved to our Management Company for payroll purposes.  You will see no changes in your checks with this move, but to access your pay stubs there is a small change.

When logging into the P/R Portal, the default profile is "Xclusive Management Internal" which all checks cut from 01/01/2025 and later will be cut from.  If you are looking for checks dated 01/01/2025 or later, then you do not need to change anything, and you can click on the "Payroll" tab on the red ribbon to access your pay stubs.

If you were looking for a pay stub from a prior year, click the "down arrow" and select the State that you were once paid from.  In the example below you can see that this user was previously paid in Texas & Tennesse.  You would highlight the State you are interested in and then you can click on the "Payroll" tab on the red ribbon to access your pay stubs.
