Milestones on the Mountain ⛰️

We are excited to share the latest progress and milestones in the Ascent 2026 project as we continue to make our ascent up the mountain together.  

Help Desk Coming January 2026  

First, a big thank you to all the department heads for your support in helping set up Xclusive’s help desk. The help desk will be a single, centralized channel to ensure that all support needs and questions are addressed efficiently and responses are consistent across all departments. It will help close communication gaps by providing the following:

  • A clear place to submit questions or issues 

  • Faster guidance on who to contact 

  • Improved visibility and response across departments 

The goal is to eliminate questions that get lost in emails and simplify the process for getting the answers you need.  

Data Conversion, Data Mapping

Chris Atkins and Aries Yip have been hard at work on the critical first step of our technology transition: data mapping. This process involves identifying and organizing the information we currently use so that it transfers accurately into our new systems. By building a strong and precise foundation now, we ensure these platforms will support how we work today and where we’re headed in the future. Thank you Chris and Aries, for helping ensure the system works for us from day one. 

Ascent Configuration Team 

 A huge shout out to our subject matter experts. This group will play a key role as we move forward to support the configuration of our new end-to-end system, Avionte. Their expertise will be critical to ensure a successful implementation.

Hospitality Glam Meets Holiday Cheer in Orlando

Our Orlando team truly knows how to celebrate! We are honored at their representation of Xclusive Services at the CFHLA Hospitality Gala, showing up in amazing style and representing Xclusive with elegance and pride. 

Back at the office, the festive cheer continued with a holiday-themed Ugly Sweater Party. The competition was fierce, but Heybert Diaz stole the show and took home the prize for the best (or should we say ugliest?) sweater! 

From gala glam to sweater silliness, the Orlando team ended the year on a high note with style, fun, and togetherness. We couldn’t be prouder of how you bring our team’s spirit to life, and here’s to keeping that momentum going into the new year!

New Safety Incentive Pilot Program 

We’re pleased to announce the launch of a new Safety Incentive Program at Monarch and Gaylord Rockies

This pilot program is designed to reward safe choices, recognize proactive behaviors, and reduce workplace injuries. Starting in January 2026, team members at these locations will have opportunities to earn VISA gift card prizes via raffle drawing every 30 days that the site remains free of lost-time accidents. The prize pool grows the longer we stay injury-free by focusing on everyday actions that make a real difference, like proper PPE use, non-slip footwear, and speaking up about safety concerns. Prizes go up to $1000 per drawing!!

This program is built around prevention, participation, and recognition. There is no penalty for reporting injuries. Prompt reporting and early intervention are key to keeping everyone safe and supporting the team. Extra raffle entries are available for team members who submit safety observations or consistently demonstrate safe practices.

We’re starting with Monarch and Gaylord as pilot locations, with the goal of expanding this program to additional properties with over 100 employees. We’ll be closely tracking results, feedback, and engagement to help shape future rollouts. Online communications will be live on our Founder's site soon!

We’re excited to take this next step together toward a safer workplace for everyone.
