As an Xclusive Services Team Member, we are proud to offer you medical, dental, and vision benefits when you meet eligibility requirements.

All team members are able to enroll in basic Aetna day-to-day medical benefits at any time.

Full-coverage medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to team members with 1+ years of service and meet minimum weekly hours worked. These are only available to be elected at time of hire, open enrollment in December, or after a qualified life event.
