Open Enrollment for 2026 Benefits Starts This Week!

Open enrollment is officially here! This is your chance to review and elect your benefits for 2026. Remember: if you don’t make your elections during this period, you will not get another opportunity until next year, unless you experience a qualifying event.

Every Xclusive Services team member must complete a 1:1 enrollment call with our benefit advisors. Even if you’re not enrolling in any benefits, the call will be quick, but it’s required.

If you haven’t scheduled yet, don’t wait! You can schedule your call by following this link. The Human Resources team will be personally reaching out to anyone without a scheduled call to make sure you’re on the calendar. Let’s avoid the holiday rush and get it done early!

Updates to the Team Member Benefits Page for 2026 offerings have begun! All plan resources will be refreshed by Wednesday, 12/3, and we’ll keep adding more as January approaches so you have everything you need to make the most of your benefit plans.

Questions about the new 2026 offerings?

We're hosting two live Q&A sessions with our benefit experts to answer your questions! A Curative expert will be joining to ensure you have everything you need to know to make an informed decision about your medical benefits. We encourage everyone to join one session. We will share an FAQ resource following the sessions with the whole team.

Do you have benefit questions, but can't join the live sessions?

Submit your questions ahead of time to HR! We'll be sure your questions are asked and answered, and if any of your questions are personal in nature, we'll ask our advisors outside of the live session to protect your privacy.

External Open Enrollment

December 10th - December 18th

The 2026 External Benefits Guide and other resources will start going out the week of December 1st.

The Services team, and Area Managers in particular, are the primary resources for our external team members. You are the first line of support, and we want you to feel confident answering questions. To help, Human Resources will be hosting two informational sessions to walk through the 2026 external benefit offerings and enrollment process:

Just like for the internal team, the biggest change is Curative replacing Kaiser. Plus, external team members will gain access to our Great Work Perks site launching January 1st! Expect plenty of promotional resources coming your way in the weeks ahead to help spread the word.

Kansas City

Crushing Goals, One Team Win at a Time

The Central Region has been on fire this year! Currently, up 7% above budget, they are showing no signs of slowing down. But if we’re handing out gold stars, the Kansas City Branch deserves a whole constellation! Under the leadership of Marcelo Souza, this team didn’t just meet expectations, they smashed them, beating some year-over-year results and driving better gross profit numbers than last year.

What makes KC so special?
One word: Collaboration. This city really live by "all for one and one for all." When one person hits a roadblock, the whole crew jumps in to clear the path. No hesitation, no ego, just pure teamwork. Their mindset is focused on collective success, and that is their superpower.

Big Wins This Year:

  • Service Like No Other: The team went above and beyond to wow clients, setting a new standard for excellence.

  • Turning Chaos into Calm: Peak season could have been overwhelming, but KC flipped the script. They reorganized workflows, supported each other, and delivered outstanding results.

What Can We Learn from KC?
That teamwork isn’t just a buzzword. We are only as strong as our weakest link, so when everyone pulls together, amazing things happen.

A huge thank you to the whole Kansas City crew for their dedication, and to John Steigerwald, whose leadership is nothing short of inspiring. Patient, approachable, and always ready to listen, John proves that great leaders create great teams.

Branch Motto:
“Together, We Deliver Excellence.”

Watch out for Kansas City in 2026! They are doubling down on how to leverage their collaborative culture and finding new ways to wow clients. They're very proud of what they've achieved this year, and they are out for even bigger wins next year!

Pineapple Awards Gala

The San Antonio branch had the honor of attending the SAHLA Pineapple Awards Gala on November 13th. Hosted by the San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association (SAHLA), is an annual celebration recognizing the region’s top performers in hospitality. The event is named after the pineapple—a historic symbol of hospitality and welcome—and aims to honor individuals, teams, hotels, and partner organizations for their exceptional contributions to San Antonio’s tourism and lodging industry.

This year's gala was a celebration fit for The Great Gatsby himself where the best in San Antonio’s hospitality industry took center stage to claim awards recognizing outstanding individuals and teams across categories like Employee of the Year, Manager of the Year, Hotel of the Year, and more.

Even though we didn’t bring home an award this year, attending the Pineapple Awards Gala, and similar functions, is a big win for our team. These events are about building connections, strengthening our industry presence, and bonding as a team. Sharing ideas with peers and celebrating hospitality excellence together keeps us inspired and positions us for even greater success in the future.

Plus, the San Antonio team never misses a chance to show up in style! Thanks for representing us at such a prestigious industry event!

December Tip

From Reflection to Projection: Year-End Performance Hack

This month we challenge you to set aside 1 hour, put on your Kevin costume, and make a list of the things you accomplished is 2025. Then pair those accomplishments with a Big Hairy Audacious Goal for 2026.

A great way to approach this list is to consider the following for each of your accomplishments:

  • Challenge: What problem existed?

  • Action: What did you do?

  • Result: What changed?

  • Future: How will you build on this?

It’s a simple way to celebrate progress while preparing for growth and setting a vision for what’s next.
