As part of our 2025 Brand Transformation, we are launching a new Xclusive Services Outlook Email Signature for both desktops and company phones, effective today. This will help us standardized our image as a company in front of our customers across all business-related correspondence. Under our core value of Accountability, we all share the responsibility of ensuring our email signatures comply with the new brand guidelines.
 What You Need to Do:

WHAT ABOUT THE BRANCH OR CORPORATE HQ ADDRESS?

 In 2025, there is no need to notify folks of a physical address, and most Sales and Service folks travel around. Also, branch info is all located on your linked logo image. This makes for a cleaner, and more secure way of releasing your public contact information. If you are emailing a vendor or someone who needs a physical address, please include it in the body of your email. 

 CAN WE PERSONALIZE OUR SIGNATURES WITH GRAPHICS OR DFFERENT FONTD TO EXPRESS OUR PERSONALITIES?

 Although we love your creative personality, this is a company-owned email box and all signatures from an Xclusive Team Member need to look the same per Brand Guidelines located in our Style Guide.

 WILL THIS CHANGE ALL MY SIGNATURES IN OUTLOOK, EVEN ON MY PERSONAL COMPUTER WHEN LOGGED ON OUTSIDE OF MICROSOFT 360?

 We cannot guarantee that updating your signature here doesn’t mean you have outdated signatures living outside of the company software. It is best to always check your signature before sending a work-related email, and ensure it is this one from font to size. It will be your personal accountability to make such changes. 

WHAT IF MY MOBILE OUTLOOK SIGNATURE WON’T ADD THE PROPER IMAGES OR SOMETHING ELSE IS DIFFERENT?

 If you find youR phone is not copying the signature as is, please contact Jason Nutile or Sal Mondragon to have them work with you to solve problem.
