I would like to express my appreciation to Demir and Claudia for their professionalism and courtesy to myself/Caesars.

Anything I need, they are spot on and remedy any situation in a timely manner.  They communicate all operational changes efficiently and promptly to keep the business fluid and with minimal to no hiccups.  I have a great working relationship with both and would be remised to say that our working relationship is what I would hope most wish they could say, excellent.

Since arriving in 2021 I can honestly say that I have never had any issues with either of them when it comes to Caesars and Xclusive’s relationship.  Not to mention their experience in the housekeeping department is so essential in getting answers in a timely manner, putting our fires without incident, and overall professional awareness. Thank you and a warm appreciation is in order.

I wanted to reach out and express what a great job your team here is doing. I understand we are at some lower occupancy recently, but your team has been doing a great job ensuring the housekeepers are staying motivated. I wanted to give a special appreciation to our Area Manager Olga Barahona. She is always attentive and responds to any needs we may have with a positive attitude. We truly appreciate all of the hard work she is doing and I just wanted to pass on our positive feedback to recognize her with your leadership team.

Thank you to your Property Manager, Laura Lenzuano. Her hard work and dedication these past few months have been appreciated. She has been doing an amazing job fulfilling all thise weekly requests and also the last minute ones, which are even more difficult.

Thanks to Maria Jimenez, your Naples Area Manager for all your teams’ help, and everything you did throughout 2024. I know there were times when we called or requested staff at the last minute, but you were always there to support us. Throughout my career, working with third-party companies in places like Indianapolis, Chicago, and Austin, I’ve never encountered a manager as responsible, respectful, and professional as you. My staff and I just want to say thank you for everything you do.

It has been a pleasure working with our Area Manager Sonya Navarro. She has been able to accommodate our short notice requests and provide the exact support staffing we ask for. A few weeks ago, I chose to utilize Xclusive Services for the majority of my staffing needs in IRD and Mini Bar because of the service Sonya has provided to us. She is the best at what she does.

When my hotel started, I was looking for a new temp company to work with. Xclusive Services came in and was so very professional. Since then, there has never been an issue. If I need  a housekeeper, their turnaround time is exceptional. Our Area Manager Leonardo Mora always answers his phone and is very responsive to the matter at hand. He is a great asset to your company from where I stand. Honestly, I have not had much luck in the past with temp companies, but Xclusive Services have changed my mind.

 I would like to share some positive feedback about our Area Manager, Demaris Guevara. She has been a great help to me from day one here at the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. She constantly shows initiative on assisting with all my staffing needs, weven if I call her late at night or early in the morning. I enjoy working with her as your representative, especially during Hurricane Francine. When she assisted with associates staying at the property and helping all the departments including Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B. I appreciate her hard work and assistance.

In my two and a half years at this property the Xclusive Services team has been key to the entire operation. It is extremely difficult and almost impossible to hire due to the properties remote location. The service provided by Ana Gallegos, with your support, has been exceptional to say the least. In this property, there are a lot of changes where we open and close outlets on a days' notice and every time, we reach out to the Xclusive team they get the staff we need. Last week, I called Ana asking for a cook for the next day, not only did she find someone, but she also brought him in herself at 6:30AM. Same with the dishwashers, where we operate 90% with Xclusive staff. Service like this is very hard to find nowadays and we are extremely happy to be partnered with Xclusive.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to your team. Your responsiveness during last -minute requests and dedication have not gone unnoticed. The quality of the personnel you hire is consistently impressive, and I appreciate the effort you put into ensuring that only the best candidates are selected. We have explored several temporary staffing agencies, but your service has far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your outstanding partnership. I look forward to continuing our collaboration.

I would like to thank Xclusive  for their support in assisting me with the celebration of laundry team as the Xclusive team is such a big part of the team and should be equally celebrated.
